Hustle and rest should go hand in hand. We'll start you with 4 weeks of paid vacation, with an additional week earned on your 5th and 10th anniversaries. Roll over up to 2 weeks at the end of the year.
No skimping here either, because holidays should be happy times. You’ll receive all 11 federal holidays off with pay, 4 of them designated as floating to be used at your discretion during the year.
Snow days, government shutdowns, global pandemics. We prefer the snow days, but the unexpected does happen, and we’re prepared. You’ll receive up to 2 paid days off during the year for emergency situations, with more at our discretion.
We offer a 400% match of your contribution up to 6%. That’s up to a 24% match. And if you don’t utilize the whole match, we’ll give you what’s left as extra income, right to your paycheck. C’mon now.
We want to help you protect what matters most. We offer several medical plans and cover up to 70% for you and your dependents. And we’ll cover 50% for each of our excellent dental and vision plans.
Not glamorous, but great to have. We provide $50k of life insurance with another $100k available, plus full short- and long-term disability plans. It’s all on us.
